Purpose and Objectives:

SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to join our team and provide expertise and collaboration tools to support and empower the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs, offering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 and 1:M SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules, or Learning SuccessFactors HCM modules adoption and consumption focused services and workshops. They will also act as a subject matter expert for these modules, develop exclusive content for Preferred Success HCM customers, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success offering.

Requirements:

  • University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.

  • Associate Certification in at least one of the Talent modules (Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules) or Learning.

  • Employee Central certification or knowledge is considered an advantage.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Experience in development, implementation, and enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession, Compensation or Learning modules.

  • Curious, open-minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • Customer-focused with flexibility to support global coverage and ability to multitask and support many requests simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of best practices and industry trends in HCM and talent management.

  • Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
