WHAT WE OFFER: *Base Salary: $72,638.28 or higher per year, depending on experience Benefits provided: *11 paid holidays; plus 2 personal holidays each year! *15 days vacation (to start) and 12 sick days per year! *Medical *Dental *Vision Insurance *Life Insurance *Retirement Plans: 403-B Employee Savings Plan and an Employer Contribution Pension *Relocation assistance JOB SUMMARY: Risk management is an integrated function that incorporates multiple clinical and operational components, regulatory requirements, FBH Policies & Procedures, CCSWW Policies and more to mitigate risk and minimize or eliminate the potential for organizational losses. This requires maintaining a well-defined risk management system pertaining to documentation and may include maintaining essential procedures in complex circumstances requiring timely records release or working with CCS attorneys prior to releasing records in sensitive areas such as custody disputes or termination of parental rights. The employee in this position must make appropriate decisions without delay and must know when to inform and involve the highest levels of leadership. This employee works collaboratively with the FBH System Leadership Team, reports directly to the FBH CQI Director, and will also work closely with the Director of Quality & Policy. The FBH Disclosure Compliance Manager utilizes proactive or preemptive techniques designed to prevent or mitigate any type of damage to the organization related to documentation within medical and behavioral health records.
