  • Works for Air Handler New Product Development Engineering team to code configurable and parametric designs into a manufacturable product.

  • Works with 3D geometry and engineering rules to directly support manufacturing using sheet metal flats and bills of material to final forms and assemblies.

  • Must be able to work with, understand, and debug preexisting code written in JavaScript, XML, VBA, and SAP language (ABAP)


  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent discipline preferred.


  • Ability to interpret technical specifications

  • Ability to understand and organize large sets of data

  • Ability to understand and optimize complex physical and conceptual processes

  • Ability to work with others on the design team to understand and translate the design into JavaScript modules that drive the configurable product.

  • Programming mindset with an aptitude for thinking in 3D.

  • Sheet metal, mechanical, and electrical design experience is preferred

  • HVAC experience is a plus.

  • Ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced design environment.

  • The ability for developing continuous improvement projects to influence and drive change

  • Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience.

  • Ability to comprehend customer needs and establish appropriate actions.

  • Demonstrate an ability to deliver successful designs under tight timing constraints.

  • Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
