605 Project Coordination Intern in Syosset, New York

605 is an independent TV measurement and analytics firm that offers advertising and content measurement, full-funnel attribution, media planning, optimization and analytical solutions. Comprised of engineers, analysts, data scientists, media experts and marketing strategists, 605 forges new paths using groundbreaking innovations that set industry standards for audience targeting and measurement.

605 is looking for a Project Coordination Intern to assist the Analytics Project Manager and the Analytics team manage the increased project deliverables, and support the committed delivery of client requests. Workload of this team is often 20+ active client projects in progress simultaneously, as well as internal projects and developments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating all Analytics project trackers

  • Taking detailed notes on meeting discussion and action items.

  • Following up on all action items, and ensuring updates are effectively communicated

  • Owning the administrative process of the lifecycle of an Analytics project, which includes Jira ticket creation, Google Drive, slack channel, and kickoff/debrief meetings

  • Owning the Analytics Confluence page rewrite

  • Overseeing and coordinating the enhancement of the teams Confluence page including improvement of documentation

  • The Analytics Project Coordinator Intern may also have an opportunity to oversee a non-client-based project end to end. This would afford them an opportunity to get to know the members of the Analytics team, and how their work directly impacts 605’s revenue.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a concentration on either IT, Business, or STEM, or degree in progress within those fields

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication as well as collaborative team skills

  • Detail oriented, thorough, and can creatively solve technical challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in a software development environment
