Provide administrative support to GM.
Provide support for commercial management team.
Co-ordination and logistics management of employee meetings, internal & external.
Provide administrative support to General Manager
Meeting management & logistics, preparation of general correspondence.
Act as point of contact for GM office, with local, regional and global contacts.
Co-ordinate travel arrangements as required. Event co-ordination & management
Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure event co-ordination and logistics are executed in a timely manner.
Member of NSC Committee: serve as point of contact between Teva & event Management Company & provide administrative support to Committee.
Co-ordinate internal meetings:
Monthly management meetings: calendar invites, assist to develop agenda & co-ordinate collation of slides.
Employee Town Halls: calendar invites, collate presentation with input from management team, co-ordinate AV, minute any follow up actions and distribute accordingly.
Co-ordinate staff Christmas party. Facilities management
Maintain working knowledge of office facilities & support mechanisms, so as support can be provided where required.
Ad hoc duties as required
Support commercial management team
- Provide administrative & event management assistance to Marketing, Sales & Portfolio.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
5+ year’s administration experience, at a senior level, in a multi-national organisation
Project/Event co-ordination & management experience
MS Office – intermediate level
High attention to detail & ability to multi-task & prioritise tasks.
Advanced written & verbal communication skills
Tech savvy, comfortable with online interfaces & ability to quickly learn & adapt to new technologies
