Willis Towers Watson Executive Assistant in Sydney, Australia

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant in Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), primarily to support two Senior Executives, with a can-do disposition and focus on client service, quality and continuous improvement to produce high quality work.

This role offers you a large degree of variety and exciting challenge and your highly organised approach, your strong focus on teamwork and your ability to prioritise having regard to urgency that will set you apart. To provide a superior level of secretarial and administrative support to Senior CRB Executives and their teams.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Extensive diary management

  • Management of calls and referring/handling as appropriate

  • Providing high level administrative support Managing correspondence in a timely and confidential manner

  • Preparation of reports in accordance with company standards

  • Assisting with finance administrative tasks including expense management

  • Arranging travel as required

  • Co-ordinate and organise various internal and external functions

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and with high level of integrity

The Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience as a corporate Executive Assistant in the Insurance industry

  • A mature approach with demonstrated experience in displaying good judgement, initiative and intuition

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with colleagues across all levels of the organisation and willingness to work effectively as part of a team

  • Organised and methodical with attention to detail, accuracy and ability to anticipate needs

  • Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with excellent multi-tasking abilities

  • Strong client service orientation

  • Calm, professional manner especially when under pressure

  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a willingness to become familiar with bespoke software
