We are looking for an enthusiastic sales and marketing coordinator to join our Point of Care (APOC) business as Commercial Support Executive. This hands-on role will provide the ANZ commercial team with commercial operations, sales and marketing support.

In this role you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing function

  • Maintain an expense management system by reconciling purchase orders and invoices against the annual expense budget

  • Manage the distribution of promotion material as well as look after tenders and contract management

  • Maintain and review Quality Policy system procedures to insure vigilance and adherence to practice

  • Quality check all new i-STAT analysers in the warehouse prior to receipt into inventory

  • Prepare and manage all SOPs, CLEW Software updates, price rises, repair service contracts, product recalls

  • Support APOC with best practice utilisation of sales database

  • Set up and run reports, record validation, new user creation etc

  • Assist and support the business with audit preparation which would involve regular review of past audits with the APOC management team

  • Ensure current SOPs reflect current practice or advise of need for change

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a sales or marketing administration role

  • Ability to work at a fast pace and produce high quality results

  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong numerical aptitude with experience in interpreting numbers

  • Intermediate to advance MS Office skills
