Job Description - Account Manager
Based in VGR, or the central part of southern Sweden, you will work with health centers, hospitals, regions and nursing homes. You will plan and implement activities for current and future procurements. You will create and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers and key people in your geographical area of responsibility. You will promote our products and services through face-to-face meetings, training activities, seminars and in the preparation of tenders.
For the Southern region we are looking for someone who has worked for a few years in healthcare, or alternatively with some form of relationship-based sales. As a person, you master communication and the ability to build long-term relationships. It is of utmost importance that you have the ability to create trust, enthuse and inspire your customers. You have well-developed presentation skills and enjoy being in front of an audience. You are creative, have a strong inner sales drive and see every meeting and personal contact as an opportunity to create mutually beneficial business. We expect you, as a person, to be able to plan your work independently, based on embecta’s current and future commercial needs. You will be part of a familiar Nordic team with a lot of knowledge and experience. You are humble, treat other people with respect and contribute to the team.
Requirements for applicants
Ability to travel, including overnight stays
Live in VGR, alternatively central southern Sweden
Hold a B driving licence
Possess good knowledge of Swedish and English
Good computer skills
Relevant work experience, preferably from healthcare or similar environments
Experience of working with diabetes
Experience of long-term and relationship-building sales, preferably in medical technology.
Experience in procurement
Proven success in sales
