Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant to join our Platform Rollout Strategy and Execution team within Platform Management in Advisor and Client Services within the Client Relationship Group of Wealth and Investment Management. In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables by strategizing and partnering with teams across Wealth Investment Management to successfully develop and execute rollout strategies for the Wealth Investment Management technology platform

  • Collaborate and consult with Sales Enablement peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues, achieve goals, coordinate, implement, track, and report on the rollout strategy before, during and after changes to the platform

  • Act as liaison from a product knowledge perspective and as a sales process resource for sales force, company management, and partners by providing direction and guidance on training, support and communications strategies and deliverables created for execution of the rollout plan

  • Compile, analyze, and deliver post-launch reporting on key metrics and objectives

  • Review, research, and solution for moderately complex business challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors

  • Lead projects and teams to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the Sales Enablement function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and serve as mentor for less experienced team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience analyzing key metrics and articulating trends both visually and verbally through status reports

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Financial services industry experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of Release management

  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile

  • Knowledge and understanding of change management and technology implementation processes

  • Experience with Wealth Investment Management technology platforms, applications, and experiences (e.g., SmartStation, Advisor Gateway, Refinitiv [BETA], trading platforms, digital client platform, eMoney, and Envision)
