We are hiring a full-time Community Integration Analyst.

What You Will Do

This role falls within one of The Resource Group's Integrated Communities. Like many organizations, these communities are necessary in maintaining the integrity and evolution of critical business functions. Integrated Communities within The Resource Group provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience.

As an Executive Analyst, you will provide support to our System Office Executive Leaders and their respective communities and teams. In this role, you will provide project support to the Executive Leader through relationship management, analytics, and project management. Key responsibilities include supporting the Executive Leader with regard to financial operational analysis, project management, reporting, measuring of data/statistics, and other Resource Group activities. In addition to ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of reports, presentations, and analytics this position will provide appropriate consultative services via written and verbal communications to The Resource Group leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management and implementation of assigned executive projects

  • Coordinate resource availability, project planning, and assignments for assigned executive projects

  • Administers, analyzes, implements, and tracks improvement initiatives for assigned projects

  • Engages leadership to design and implement continuous analytical and process improvement across assigned projects

  • Acts as the leadership representative and subject-matter expert for all projects, communities, and teams related to/reporting to the respective Executive Leader

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Additional Preferences

  • Bachelor's degree HIGHLY preferred.

  • Willingness to work towards Master's degree.

  • Internship or full-time experience required

  • Previous experience reporting to or directly supporting a Vice President-level or higher preferred

  • Healthcare experience, supply chain management and/or other similar experience where analytical and critical thinking skills are considered to be transferable preferred
