The role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for designing, managing, and executing candidate attraction and engagement initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and drive the recruitment and retention of talent. This role plays a pivotal part in building a strong, engaged workforce.

How youll make an impact

Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

Manage the full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.

Promote the company\'s employer brand through career events and relationships with local talent sources.

Track recruitment metrics, report on hiring outcomes, and identify areas for process improvement.

What do you bring

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership and/or or related field.

2 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and a variety of recruiting tools, techniques, and platforms.

Strong understanding of the full cycle recruitment lifecycle. Manufacturing recruitment a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
