Six Flags Lead, Retail/Rentals in Spring, Texas
Responsible for the day-to-day Retail and Rental operations. Includes all Retail stores, carts, Cabanas, Tubes, and Lockers.
Playing a key role in the Training and Development of the Retail and Rental seasonal staff.
Ensures proper staffing levels are maintained and follow-up with Supervisors, and IPS Manager.
Ensuring all paperwork gets filled out correctly and appropriately.
Responsible for making sure the staff has been properly trained on the Point of Sales and ensuring procedures and policies are followed.
Emphasized focus for maintaining stock levels, displays, damages, and transfers in stores.
Emphasized focus on the Cabana operation, policies, and procedures.
Responsible for daily performance of all employees within the assigned area, to ensure that Guest First Service and Safety policies are followed.
Strong knowledge of Six Flags passes focusing on retail/rental discounts and promotions.
Ensure compliance with all Corporate and Park policies and procedures.
Protect and secure all assets, including equipment and merchandise.
Perform duties including park setup and breakdown, visual displays, and signage.
Fully execute company Mantra for Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.
Other duties as assigned by the IPS Supervisors and the IPS Manager.
Must be 15 years of age or older
Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Ability to handle registered transactions.
Previous experience in supervising a team.
Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Must be able to walk and stand for up to 6 hours at a time. Applicants must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Successful applicants will need to work outside in various weather conditions.
