Your role will consist mainly of managing IT projects which implement and/or manage change of technological solutions (in the Cloud [SaaS] or On-Premises), with a strong focus on B2B and B2C CRM (client relations management) and related Data Management.

Responsibilities :

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Determining scope and gathering user requirements

  • Steering projects and ensuring governance (human, technical and financial)

  • Assisting in supplier identification/selection and contracting

  • Ensuring technical-functional design and assist in technical design

  • Assisting in acceptance and production launch

  • Preparing, rolling out projects and implementing user support measures (change management, training, support, change request management, etc.)

  • Guaranteeing optimum quality-cost-delivery ratio

  • Managing external service providers

Do you have the right profile?

You have a master’s degree in IT and at least 5 years of experience with IT project management, ideally working on CRM implementation in an On-Premises or Cloud Computing environment

You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

Your oral and written communication skills as well as your team spirit are major assets for this position
