Successful District Managers are operations experts who possess the leadership ability to continuously move our business forward. District Managers oversee 3-4 locations, are hands on managers and communicate regularly between their store locations and our corporate leadership teams. District Managers lead by example, and ensure our standards are effectively communicated, implemented and measured at each location.

Here’s who we’re looking for:
• A leader with a welcoming, upbeat, positive attitude
• Someone who focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for their teams
• A leader who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment while adhering to brand standards and maintaining clean, organized restaurants
• A results driven leader who has multi-unit restaurant experience in sales building, forecasting, P&L, cost, inventory, and staffing management
• Someone who loves to motivate, lead and develop their teams
• The ability to effectively train others on all aspects of the restaurant's operations
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
