Aerotek Sales Administrative Assistant in Skippack, Pennsylvania

Description:

Our client is searching for the ideal Sales Administrator Assistant! The Sales Administrator Assistant administers inside sales functions and otherwise relieves sales manager of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail

Must Haves:

-Experience conducting inside sales support (quoting, pricing, guidance, etc.)

-Experience with supporting field sales calls to appropriate representative

-Experience monitoring daily quarry tonnages. (tracks inventory at each quarry location.)

-Experience compiling information for monthly and yearly reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Conducts inside sales support (quoting, pricing, guidance, etc.) Support for new Explorer System.

-Field Sales calls to appropriate representative

-Monitors daily quarry tonnages. Tracks inventory at each quarry location.

-Compiles information for monthly and yearly reports. Prepares monthly sales and inventory for Monthly Sales Meetings.

-Prepares semiannual and annual DER reports.

-Composes and types correspondence and performs other administrative and clerical duties.

-Performs other duties as assigned.
