KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Growth:

  • Develop and maintain customer sales forecasts and achieve Customer territory sales plan for Spare Parts, MRO and Strategic Long Term Agreements

  • Responsible for marketing/selling of COLLINS Aerospace aftermarket products and provide services to assigned customers.

  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies for achieving business objectives

  • Coordinate proposal activities that lead to negotiations for successful closure

  • Gather appropriate information on marketplace and competition.

  • Knowing the customer’s organization, culture, structure, key decision makers and the customer decision making process.

Customer/Territory Management:

  • Provide recommendations to support repair, spares, inventory forecast/planning and corporate strategy initiatives

  • Drive Customer Satisfaction results

  • Responsible for managing a positive business relationship with assigned customers

  • Assist COLLINS Aerospace to own the Aftermarket customer interface for non-military customers

  • Coordinate and work with COLLINS Aerospace Field Service Representatives to develop new business opportunities and raise any technical issues and progress follow-up

  • Leveraging on Functional Customer Service groups and Product Line program management to facilitate resolution on customer satisfaction issues

  • Lead Business Reviews and Executive visits as required

  • Maintain documentation of Executive briefing and strategy for assigned customers as needed

  • Responsible for providing full compliance with the Policy Statement on Contracting with the United States Government and any local Government policies together with COLLINS code of Ethics.

  • Ensure strict compliance to UTC quality assurance and EHS requirement

  • Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum degree in Business Administration / Engineering

  • Preferred with minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in aerospace or aviation activities.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of finance, program management, marketing principles and practices, a thorough understanding of related industry practices, and a firm knowledge of the various provincial and federal governments throughout the assigned region.

  • Ability to meet, establish and maintain supportive relationships of high level technical and non-technical customer personnel.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential

  • Establish fundamentals for building a strong relationship with key personnel with assigned customers.

  • Developed understanding of key stakeholders within COLLINS Aerospace Systems.

  • Develop specific campaign strategies aimed at increasing company-wide revenue and achieving annual sales goals.

  • Demonstrated spirit of teamwork and willingness to work hard

  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of customers market and business plan

  • Energetic, driven, innovative, resourceful and a professional of high integrity

  • Possess strong relationship building and interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated with a competitive drive

  • Assumes ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility

  • Exceptional teamwork skills

  • Outstanding written, negotiation, presentation and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrate solid judgment, plan and accomplish goals and champion ethical business practices at all times.

  • Able to travel extensively domestically and internationally depending on base location and territory assigned
