KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Development to join our KPMG Executive Education organization.
Develop digital and instructor-led course assets, under the direction of a senior course designer/developer
Participate in the development of a range of client-facing digital self-study courses including conversions of webcasts into digital self-studies, updates to existing self-studies and development of new self-studies
Update storyboards, review knowledge checks and exam items in existing course content, managing course development timelines, quality assurance reviews, CPE-compliance reviews, subject matter professional reviews through sign-off, and performing alpha and beta reviews
Participate in development of virtual or live public seminars; work with primary instructor/developer to ensure that instructional design standards are properly implemented.
Plan and monitor tasks associated with course development by portfolio team members to ensure all steps in life cycle are executed in a timely manner
Manage the quality assurance process associated with new or updated courses ensuring final deliverable meets all quality standards, including ensuring that the course meets the required learning objectives
Minimum of two years' experience in Learning & Development; preferably in a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably L&D related
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and experience with the production of digital learning assets preferred
Possess a keen attention to detail with project management experience preferred
Awareness of technical accounting or financial reporting is a plus
Ability to work well within a matrixed environment
