Once Upon A Little One Daycare Lead Teacher in Shepherd, Michigan
Once Upon a Little One Daycare is looking for the right person to join our team!
We are seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team and help create a positive learning environment for our students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, providing instruction to students, and assessing student progress.
The Lead Teacher should have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with other teachers, being able to handle stressful situations and take charge and have a passion for helping students reach their full potential.
Salary:
$12.00 - $14.00/Hr depending on education and experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and administrators.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Develop and implement classroom management strategies that promote a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure student success.
Requirements:
- Pass background check and fingerprinting.
- CPR/First Aid (refundable after 90 days).
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Able to obtain Childcare credits.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- TB test
- Able to pass a medical clearance request.
