Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

  • Secure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

  • Meet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers Requirements - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills

  • Deep understanding of switchboard phones from 10 -30 lines

  • Copying experience

  • Microsoft Word experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Proven knowledge of faxing

  • Wide ranging experience with calendar managements and scheduling appointments

  • General familiarity with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook

  • Quality experience with email

  • Well-founded grasp of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Practical knowledge of filing
