Nike Principal, Social Commerce Biz Ops in Shanghai, China
As business owner, responsible for managing day in & day out operation for Nike’s Social Commerce Biz.
Key job accountabilities
Define and drive social commerce seasonal business plan (including key commercial campaign) and daily operation
Execution & Operation:
Work closely with external vendor, platform and internal cross functional teams to elevate consumer journey and maximize business opportunity
Read & React:
Monitor performance at regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and drive business improvement initiatives
8+ years work experience in China e-commerce industry
At least 3 years direct work experience in social commerce business management role
Direct experiences in sportswear industry and O2O function is a plus
Bachelors degree and above
Experienced in working with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese
