Plan & implement digital marketing campaigns to support cross channels business, esp. EC business, familiar with social content, media buying etc., capable of designing & evaluating social and media campaigns and manage agencies
Responsible to design and implement EC platform (Tmall, JD, etc) marketing programs, and capable of engaging cross functions and platform people to drive for result
Demonstrate strong business judgement & problem solving skill, ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiative
Be good at data analysis and finding insight from the data to guide actions
Be good at leveraging user experience to improve shopper experience for the brand
