Manufacturing company is looking for a Payroll Administrator for an Immediate Start in Seguin, Texas!
The Ideal Payroll Administrator will have 5 + years of payroll processing experience be customer oriented and able to meet strict deadlines. Multi-state experience is a plus as well as prior experience with SAP-ECP software.
o Payroll data entry to SAP ECP
o Review Kronos time cards to ensure accurate and timely running of union and non-union payroll.
o Prepare and remit federal, state, and local tax reports in a timely fashion.
o Minimum of 1 to 2 years of payroll processing experience for a multi-state employer with multiple locations.
o Previous experience processing hourly payrolls.
o Knowledge of state and federal wage and tax laws and overtime requirements.
o Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
o SAP ECP knowledge a big plus, but not required
o Kronos time keeping system a big plus, but not required
o Customer service focused and driven
o Urgency to get things done.
o Flexible personal style to work with diverse personalities.

Understanding of internal controls
Understanding of basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen
Distinguished analytical, quantitative and social skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
Mastery of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements
Prior experience working with high volume multi-state payroll, billing, licensing, AP, etc.
Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred
