Us, too.We're Amazon's Fresh Prepared Food team, and we're looking for a Sr. Product Manager who operates as a technology thought-leader and customer advocate to join us.As the Supply Chain Product Manager for Amazon's Fresh Prepared Food team, you will conceive, design, and own the portfolio of solutions to support the end-to-end supply chain of a scaled food manufacturing network. Managing a manufacturing operation in-house and acting as a vendor are new competencies for Amazon. This role is a stand-out opportunity for a product manager looking to work extensively with teams across Amazon to not only solve challenging problems for the first-time ever, but to uncover new opportunities for Amazon to innovate in the manufacturing space and to advocate for vendor experience improvements. Thinking Big, simplification, and continuous iteration are the "name of the game" in this role.This role might be for you if:* You have experience in owning a suite of products and defining long-term product strategy and vision.* You are comfortable exercising judgment in areas of high ambiguity.* You excel in driving the development of products, in partnership with business leaders and tech teams.* You drive strategic product communications across organizations influencing other teams' roadmaps.* You can assess where it's worth building net-new vs. tailoring existing products.* You possess a keen, flexible and aggressive intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skillsIn this job, you will:* Define the long-term supply chain vision for our business and own the 3-year product roadmap* Work with Senior Engineers and Research Scientists across multiple teams and business stakeholders to design and build scalable systems for planning, buying, and shipping operations* Drive strategic upward product communications (e.g., decision narratives, investment proposals) internally or externally in multiple organizations.* Identify business opportunities to expand, automate, or optimize Amazon's Supply Chain.* Drive alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies.Basic Qualifications* BA/BS degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or Mathematics* 5+ years of experience managing a product roadmap and working with engineers* Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts, e.g., forecasting, inventory planning, inbound and outbound operations* Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data* Proven track record of high impact business results* Experience communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels across large partner teams* Excellent written composition and verbal communication skills* Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously* A bachelor's degree in a related fieldAmazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer .and.ndash; Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
