We are creating a groundbreaking service for customers to deliver orders in 30 minutes using unmanned aerial systems . The right candidate has experience managing complex multidisciplinary operations and working within technical and operations teams. The role requires working with computer vision scientists and machine learning scientists to provide all the necessary data to create and train their models. To do that you will work with operations and hardware/software engineers to build solutions that will capture the data. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will own and execute reporting and analytics for process and program initiatives that will help run our product development more effectively. You will work with leaders from the various engineering and program teams to formulate data strategy, requirements and timelines. You will lead cross-functional concepts through the design, delivery, and implementation of new tools. You will also drive project deliverables, provide escalation management, deliver regular communications to project stakeholders, and coordinate project resources. A successful candidate for this role has a passion for extracting actionable insights from data and using it to solve complex problems and recommend change. Specific responsibilities include: Deliver Solutions - Partner with stakeholders to set key operational metrics or goals and to promote standard work and data governance Project Management - Maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables Communication - Own communications to stakeholders on KPI performance Subject Matter Expertise - develop deep knowledge of Prime Air's processes and instrumentation to advise teams on global requirements and best practices for optimizing the use of these systems Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
