Job Description The Opportunity: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is looking for a proactive business minded person with a desire to make a difference in student lives to join our team of professionals. The Site Director of theSeattle Location has responsibility for international student (F1) advising and compliance as well as responsibility for site operations including facility and financial management. Embry-Riddle offers a comprehensive benefits package which can be explored here: Job Responsibilities Include: Provide Personalized Academic Advising of Students (International and Civilian), which includes the counseling and advising of students on their academic requirements. Provide proactive communication with students to provide information in order to promote persistence and completion of their education. Maintain accurate information in student records. Work with other departments, locations, and leadership to support other locations in their roles. Works with the Senior Director to set enrollment goals and strategies for the location. Works with Senior Director and other departments to plan outreach programs, student success programs, and community engagement activities. Takes responsibility for the Fiscal stability (procurement and budget), Facility management, and site compliance (local, state, and federal).
