Position Category: Project/Program/Product Management--Technical Company/Location (search) : Country (Full Name): : United States Job DescriptionThe Alexa Grocery Shopping team is building technology that will meaningfully change how people shop for groceries in brick-and-mortar stores. We're seeking a product manager with technical skills and operational experience to envision and deliver Alexa features in this space. As a product leader, you'll bring ideas to help customers save time and remember everything they need when they shop at Whole Foods Market with Alexa. You'll work backwards from the customer to develop the customer experience, launch plan, and go to market strategy. You'll set goals for engagement and own testing and iterating on your product features to achieve these goals. Key Responsibilities Include - Develop the CX through Working Backwards documents Collaborate with design and UX Research to test patterns and solutions proposed through usability studies Influence stakeholders across Amazon and Whole Foods Market to develop a roadmap Manage a prioritized backlog of features and deliver CX through engineering and science Own an experimentation and iteration plan, including in-store experience research Develop and deliver a go-to-market strategy for the experience Establish and own business goals for growth in customer acquisition, engagement and retention Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math, or equivalent experience 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years delivering technical products 2+ years of business operations experience Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel and Data Analysis tools Preferred Qualifications MBA Passion for grocery shopping / food retail, and delivering tech innovation in consumer retail businesses Experienced in building ML algorithms / applying AI solutions to consumer / business problems Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well and present to senior executives Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation
