DescriptionHR Specialist IVDuration: 11 months Need someone to jump in for team and strategy. Helping and focusing on HR specific programs. There are goals they have to meet across all of HR but need someone who can pull it all together. Someone who has experience in a Retention program. Engagement programs. Titles: HR Manager/Generalist. Running a HR team Companies: Technology, Corporate, or Large Enterprise. Not looking for candidates from Government or non-profit. LP: Think Big Education: Bachelor’s Degree HR Manager/Generalist that has run a strategic HR team – 4-5 years Program Management experience – owning from start to finish and driving Great writing/verbal communication skills.
