As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with business leaders to drive financial planning process and refine financial structure and scaling mechanisms to support our global business.Key responsibilities will include:* Acting as a key finance leader on a cross-functional and highly technical team.* Lead financial planning efforts.* Building financial models to provide deeper insight into capacity planning and capital spending.* Build and automate scalable processes to support capital expenditure allocations, and analysis of variances to plan.* Driving optimization opportunities/initiatives and implementing new business processes to improve capital efficiency.* Present actionable insights to senior management.The successful candidate will have shown experiences in past roles influencing business owners and supporting decision-making in rapidly evolving environments. This role requires a self-starter with strong modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
