KPMG is currently seeking a Director Talent Acquisition Compliance to join our Talent Acquisition organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition compliance strategy and execution, including working closely with the firm's AA/EEO Compliance Team and serving as Talent Acquisition lead of all DOL audits; including managing and reviewing information collected for submission to the OFCCP, communicating expectations of KPMG's Affirmative Action Program (AAP) and providing guidance on emerging hiring laws, regulations best practice and market demographics

  • Partner with internal teams, AA/EEO, Human Resources, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition Leadership and General Counsel, on compliance matters and in evaluating and developing new policies and procedures related to the accuracy and compliance of KPMG hiring records

  • Drive for continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness of our talent acquisitions policies and processes, analyze trends and partner with talent acquisition leadership to proactively address, implement solutions and carry out change management

  • Oversee training initiatives, content development and coach recruiters on processes and regulatory expectations to support the business direction and day-to-day operation; ensure training requirements for Talent Acquisition and all interviewers drive quality in our recruiting activities

  • Responsible for the execution of the Talent Acquisition processes supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion including, but not limited to, job seeker accommodation requests, diversity outreach and interviewer training, to ensure quality in our recruiting activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition and Compliance

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience managing a team in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and experience engaging executive leadership in compliance requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of recruiting compliance regulations, including OFCCP and EEOC, employment laws and industry best practices; strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Knowledge of green card and other visa immigration laws and procedures

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels; effectively exercise independent judgment and sound decision making
