If so, Amazon's Global Communities Group (GCG) is the perfect environment for you.GCG is seeking a content manager for the new DSP community to build innovative mechanisms that will connect critical third-party partners with each other and with Amazon to advance operational capability and, ultimately, delight our end customers. Managing communities will include building relationships, executing in-person events and creating and curating a constantly evolving content library.You will engage with your partner community to understand the most pressing issues to then create a curriculum of videos, podcasts, blogs, webinars and global event sessions to showcase the very best practices of leaders. Specifically, you will manage the content development process, inspire and help members tell compelling stories, ensure your internal stakeholders meet timelines and manage the quality control of all content delivered. The results of this work will result in accelerated community learning, a more engaged partner network and improved partner performance for Amazon customers.Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, extremely organized individual with experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You will utilize your attention to detail, your experience in program management and your excellent communication and relationship building skills to ensure high quality results. Most importantly, you will be on the front lines of helping Amazon's partners surprise and delight our customers.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Engage with your DSP community to build strong relationships, understand unmet needs, connect with people daily becoming a trusted member of the community* Leverage your community relationships and knowledge to recruit content that advances the capability of the collective. Recruitment will include speakers for events, recorded tips and hacks, interviewees and award nominations* Develop standards and templates for various content types (videos, podcasts, blogs, etc.)* Obsess over details and advocate for the delivery of the right content at the right time, delivered on complex projects within tight deadlines* Owns the delivery on complex projects within tight deadlines* Oversee in-person event logistics related to speaker experience, speaker sessions, content agenda management and the content program's venue requirements* Build a contact database.
