POSITION SUMMARY Assist Administration Pool in performing secretarial duties and general administrative support for the office. Assist team with entering orders and both pulling and scanning files/drawings. POSITION DUTIES & TASKS Daily Duties Entering customer CMP / P-Copies / printing work orders / pulling drawings as required. Assist Master Schedulers with printing POP and commercial work orders / drawings. Interface with other employees, departments and suppliers as required to accomplish assignments. Projects Assist Administration Pool and office staff in Executive Management Staff in skilled and analytical projects that may include general reports and copies. General Support Perform secretarial, techinical and general administrative support for the office. Assisting with front desk coverage when needed. Other duties as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS Work Setting, including hazards: Must be able to walk, sit, stand frequently for up to 8 hours a day. Must be able to climb stairs. Able to lift and carry 25 lbs. Schedule (i.e. hours and days): 6:00 to 2:30 Monday thru Friday (hours subject to change but will not be earlier than 6:00 AM or later than 4:00 PM) Travel Requirements: Must possess a drivers license and personal insurance. May drive to other PHS locations and my pick up food orders or supplies as needed. Tools & Equipment: Telephone system. Personal Computer. Customer Interactions: Strong customer contact position with both telephone, e-mail and person to person contact. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications At least two years acceptable office experience. Word processing, spreadsheet, and database experience. Preferred/Desirable Qualifications Must understand and practice the concept of establishing strong personal and professional boundaries.
