The Smart Home team needs an articulate, well-organized, and highly motivated Admin IV/Program Manager to lead planning and execution of product Beta programs. You will work with internal teams to execute on product and marketing pre-launch activities such as participant recruitment, communication, survey distribution and analysis, remote or in-person study logistics, and developing mechanisms for OE improvements to deliver products efficiently to customers at high quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with feedback program participants to instill excitement and participation.

• Auditing programs for accuracy and participation

• Scheduling and Coordinating feedback sessions

• Managing high level initiatives

• Drafting, editing and sending program communication

• Coordinating the distribution and retrieval of program devices and equipment

• Monitoring, analyzing, resolving and escalating support requests from participants

• Collecting and analyzing data to discover trends and opportunities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with categorization and basic analysis of data sets.

Reading and Writing required (English)
