Our channel mission is to build a partner ecosystem with the coverage, capacity and capabilities to protect our digital way of life. Success is dependent on building a world-class channel organization. We are looking for a Channel Analytics & Development Manager reporting directly to the RVP, Channel, Ecosystems & SMB Sales to join our team. The Channel Program Manager is responsible for identifying and managing strategic projects in partnership with the WW channel organization. This role requires a unique combination of skills including go-to-market strategy, program design and project management as well as, data analytics and business planning.

Your Impact

  • Work with channel leadership on identifying, sizing, and prioritizing strategic initiatives / projects

  • Determine project stakeholders, both technical and business resources

  • In conjunction with project stakeholders, help ensure the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables

  • Develop project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Build and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities and tasks

  • Run day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope

  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

  • Help design, develop and distribute channel programs analytics, reporting and dashboards

  • Create ad hoc documents (i.e. proposal slide decks, data analysis reports, etc.) as needed for channel leadership

Your Experience

  • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Administration or similar field with PMP certification

  • 5-7 years of program management experience in a fast paced environment

  • MBA degree preferred

  • Superior analytical skills

  • Advanced & Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills are a must

  • Comfortable with verbal and written communication at all levels including executive, to deliver intended outcomes

  • Ability to work cross functionally and to collaborate to drive results

  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment

  • Possess solid understanding of channel/go-to-market strategy
