A Brief Overview The Product Management Officer is responsible for the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Network strategy as a self-service channel, including the development, implementation, monitoring, measurement, profitability, customer experience and overall support ATM product and services, tailored to the retail banking segment. The Product Officer also uses his/her background, skills, and experience to provide management support and implement solutions to create efficiencies and close competitive gaps.What You’ll Need to Succeed •Works closely with management and appropriate business units in the execution of strategic plans to enhance and grow FirstBank’s ATM Network.•Participates in the concept design, development, and implementation of new ATM products and services to support deposits strategy.•Works in partnership with internal stakeholders across business units, sales, marketing, credit, legal, finance, risk management, compliance, operations, and executive management to translate customer and business needs into a product strategy that ensures FirstBank maintains a competitive market position.•Maintains knowledge and expertise of Automated Tellers Machines (ATMs) to mitigate disruption of services to customers; communicates recurring or serious issues to management; recommends temporary work around and viable solutions to improve customer service and response.•Develops and recommends initiatives to expand FirstBank’s footprint through the ATM location strategy.•Coordinates with Marketing the development and implementation of the Integrated Marketing Strategy for new product/service launches and/or ongoing marketing efforts.•Supports the Project Management Office in the process of preparing detailed project plans for the delivery of ATM Network solutions.•Work with other internal departments to develop and execute plans for new and existing products and enhancements including OCE, TSA, Training, Facilities, Retail Banking, Insurance, among others.•Manages the ATM outsourcing Alliance, works closely with vendors to ensure SLAs are met, machines not performing as desired are relocated to better locations, monitors cyber security controls are in place, manages budget and invoicing process.•Provide support to Vendor Relationship Management and OCE Channel Administration, in the management of third-party vendors that interface with ATM Network applications.•Works closely with vendors, management and other departments regarding policy, compliance, risk, fraud prevention, customer service, branding, and technology to ensure business as usual as well as projects are managed within FirstBank’s policies and practices.•Manages annual budgets and proforma profitability for assigned products; proactively finds solutions to improve overall profits and efficiencies.•Assists management in special projects and tasks as requested.Competencies:•Anticipates and provides service excellence to both internal and external customers.•Establishes, sustains, and fosters both internal and professional contacts to build, enhance, and connect to FirstBank services.•Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others.•Understands how the organization works, including current and future policies, practices, and trends.•Identifies problems and conducts appropriate analyses involving others to search for best solutions.•Takes initiative and assumes personal accountability for goals, outcomes, and deadlines.•The employee understands the organization’s vision and upholds the organization’s values in everyday words and actions.•At higher levels the employee takes a long-term view and shares with others the vision and the organization path ahead.•Provides direction and leadership to help teams achieve goals and operate cooperatively and cohesively.•Demonstrate curiosity for learning and perform activities to make the most of their skills and boost potential in self and others.•Creates a view of change as an opportunity and inspires others. Looks for new ways to experiment with new ideas and approaches.•What You’ll Need•Bachelor’s degree in science or business administration with concentration in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field. bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies.•(3) three to (5) five years of combined experience in the following areas: electronic banking, banking products and services, product management; or a combination of academic preparation and experience.
