What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Senior Recruiting Operations Programs Manager, who will work to define our processes, drive recruiting projects, and identify and promote behaviors that bring us the highest quality Cruisers. This person is passionate about recruiting, the hiring journey, and candidate experience. If you are ready to join a growing team as we scale to support recruiting in this hyper growth environment, then this role is for you!

  • Executes on projects that will radically improve the effectiveness of our Recruiting process, with an agile and consultative approach

  • Collaborate with recruiting leadership and hiring managers to develop Hiring Manager resources and curriculum

  • Manage Cruise’s recruiting onboarding program and educational series

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements across recruiting programs and execute processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible

  • Develop project plans to track deliverables and maintain progress aligned to recruiting goals and objectives

  • Drives the need for overall governance to scale efficiently, while focusing on candidate privacy and systems compliance and regulations

  • Maintain a strong risk management focus, anticipate potential challenges and issues before escalation (focus on recruiting compliance, data integrity, and audits)

    What you must have:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • You’re equipped with a minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition experience with an emphasis in Recruiting Operations/Analytics, or Program Management

  • You have excellent business intuition, and a deep understanding of the recruiting life cycle comes naturally to you

  • You’re a self-directed, strategic thinker with analytical skills and have experience building relationships with leaders throughout the business

  • You have experience driving and facilitating change in a dynamic environment

  • Applying structured, analytical thinking to murky operations problems and developing + improving processes excites you

  • Greenhouse ATS Experience

  • Facilitation of training courses for Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiters

  • Prior work experience adhering to laws focused on candidate data privacy (e.g. CCPR, GDPR)
