LinkedIn Sales Solutions is dedicated to changing the world of sales through Sales Navigator, our flagship product that leverages the LinkedIn network to help sales teams acquire new business, expand existing customer relationships, and maximize sales productivity.

We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to take the lead on building programs that help engage customer accounts and users with integration partner offerings through high-impact marketing programs at scale. In this role, you’ll need to combine strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of how to create marketing-driven experiences that showcase meaningful value for customers. You’ll collaborate with our product marketing, product, business development, and operations teams to help drive the growth of our partner program and the success of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and develop a scalable partner tiering structure for engagement that aligns to our partner strategy and product roadmap priorities, and scales with our fast-growing business.

  • Drive customer adoption and education of Sales Solutions integrations through marketing programs that scale across our key integration partners.

  • Develop and spearhead all marketing programs and customer-facing content, including webinars, narratives, emails, blogs/newsletters, short-form videos, product tutorials, product guides, event collateral, etc. in concert with key partners and product marketing

  • Collaborate with partners, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure strategic, timely, and cost-effective marketing execution for all Partner Marketing programs.

  • Act as a respected and tireless advocate for our customers’ needs and desires, as well as a protector of their trust, in crafting co-marketing strategy and tactics.

  • Work in tandem with our Business Development, Product, and Product Marketing teams to manage our partners and drive key partner relationships forward, uncover unique co-marketing opportunities, and deliver customer engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role managing co-marketing for technology or integration partners

  • BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing a B2B partner marketing strategy from the ground-up that aligns with business objectives and has achieved measurable success

  • Experience in creating and developing co-marketing programs with partners to drive awareness and adoption of partner integrations

  • Experience with CRM systems or sales tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Dynamics)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and leadership

  • Ability to build creative solutions and drive measurable results

  • Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously: marketing ops, sales ops, business analytics, and others

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
