As Sr Manager of LTS Sales Readiness, you will work directly with Sales, Marketing and Sales Productivity leadership to plan, prioritize and deliver world-class scaled global sales enablement initiatives for LinkedIn Talent Solutions’ world-wide field force. You will guide the end to end strategy and execution of global programs that transformationally influence the field’s out-performance. Reporting to the Director, Global LTS Sales Readiness, you will be responsible for work across multi-level complex challenges, applying your sound business judgement, relationships with executive stakeholders, and ability to mobilize an organization toward lasting change.
Inform, develop and execute a multi-year global field enablement strategy for LinkedIn Talent Solutions
Work with cross-functional leadership teams (product, marketing, HR) to reach alignment and drive sales goals
Apply strategic and operational expertise to lead change globally
Structure and manage sales enablement initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, presenting recommendations, and overseeing execution.
Act as thought leader on topics including sales enablement, change management and business operations
Make data-driven decisions and solve problems creatively, incorporating stakeholder and leadership input to drive business outcomes
Manage and lead a team of go-to-market strategists and program managers with diverse skill sets
Ability to travel approximately 20-25%
8+ years of professional experience working in a sales readiness environment
5+ years sales or working with sales teams, consulting, corporate strategy or business operations experience
Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders to roll out big programs
Ability to effectively mobilize large, complex workstreams across x-functional groups in a global organization
MBA, Masters in Behavior Analysis, or equivalent masters experience
SaaS or technology industry experience
Outstanding executive communication skills
Strong ability to simplify complex problems and drive programs with operational excellence
Comfort operating in ambiguity, demonstrating agility and a commitment to constant improvement
Experience working in high-growth, performance driven environments that require full ownership, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and ability to recognize patterns effectively
Ability to hire, train and develop a team of senior high performing individual contributors
