Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP Receptionist in SAN FRANCISCO, California



The San Francisco office of Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, a global law firm with 44 offices, in 19countries seeks a full-time Receptionist. Duties include:

• Answering multi-line telephone system

• Greeting clients/guests

• Reserving conference rooms and visitor offices

• Ordering catering for meetings and events

• Assist with accounts payable and other accounting and administrative tasks

Successful candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills,attention to detail as well as superior judgment and the ability to multi-task.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. College degree and professional office experience is also preferred.
