Robert Half International Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator in San Francisco, California


We are partnered with a Fortune 500 Commercial Real Estate services to find a Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator for their San Francisco flagship office. The Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator will be the main point of contact for all visitors, staff and employees. You will also manage the front of office and liaise with vendors and property management for all facility issues and requests.

• Providing information and directions to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption to office environment.

• Providing ad-hoc support for meetings, conference room reservations, coordinated events and moves, serving as a key point of contact.

• Maintaining reception area and providing guest support, mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance, management of building access passes, and safety security and support.

• Assisting with researching, analyzing, and reporting budget variances to actuals, processing check requests for facility operating expenses in all Northwest Region locations.

• Assisting with employee onboarding process, including desk setup, access card provisioning, assigning work extensions, welcome emails and emergency procedure and information documentation.

• Prior experience in reception, admin support or facilities coordination.

• Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite

• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff with professionalism
