As Wholesale Technology and its predecessor, Commercial Lending and Wholesale Lending Technology organizations, have continued to grow, the need for a streamlined structure has arisen to simplify the operating model and to continue to deliver at scale on a rapidly growing book of business.

The Technology Product Management Group within Wholesale Technology is seeking a Product Management Leader to develop and manage the next generation commercial lending platform for Wells Fargo as part of Wholesale Transformation. Wholesale Transformation is an effort focused on transforming Wholesale Technology to achieve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and risk reduction by shifting mindsets, behaviors, processes, and supporting technology.

As a Product Management Leader focused on Core Platform Capabilities, you will be responsible for leading strategy, prioritization and planning and product management for technology products. This position will require coordinating overall strategy & execution, in partnership with technology product management team, technology initiatives management teams, Wholesale Transformation Office, technology functions and operations / compliance groups within the organization.

The Core Platform Capabilities Leader will focus on foundational cross platform capabilities. This will include BPM, workflow, business rules management, document generation, enterprise content management integration patterns, OCR/ICR, machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, robotic process automation, and other platform wide/shared capabilities.

In this role, you will operate as a champion and thought leader while guiding strategic planning for technology services and products. You will engage and motivate technology execution teams to deliver consistent, integrated and extensible solutions aligned to business needs through clear roadmaps and product strategies. Substantial emphasis will be placed on user experience and continuous market place /competitive analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product development and product management experience

  • 6+ years of management experience

  • 5+ years of strategic planning and development experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial lending experience

  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) industry trends and business applications

  • Knowledge and understanding of business rules management systems such as: Ilog, Jrules, Blaze, or Drools

  • 5+ years of Content Management Systems experience
