Robert Half's client is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator. This position is a full time opportunity.

Job Duties:

-Answer all incoming calls and route to intended recipient

-Identify and sort mail - both electronic and paper mail

-General administrative and clerical support

-Keep kitchen, conference room & receptionist area in order

-Order and keep inventory and office supplies
