What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be collaborating on large wireless sales to our business customers that will help them keep their organization connected and run efficiently. You will be the technical specialist on the sales team to support data solutions sales. Partnering with both internal and external teams, you will be essential to ensuring that our solutions are meeting our customer’s technical and business needs for the best solution and best customer experience.
Shaping innovative solutions that address current and future customer needs.
Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver outcomes.
Establishing relationships with internal and external customers.
Developing and guiding in all wireless offerings, products, and services.
Presenting to all types of audiences at executive meetings, customer demos, and trade shows.
Establishing and driving strategic 5G, MEC, Edge vision and architecture – lead definition and delivery of target state architecture blue-prints, along with interim states and roadmap to manage customer growth and provide services to its employees and customers.
Leading customer and partner workshops to understand and document current state and needed future state customer business capabilities.
Aligning IT strategy and planning with the customer's business goals by framing proposed Vz technology designs, and choreograph other related activities into the customer’s larger platform.
Building and developing strategic views of emerging wireless technologies for supporting enterprise business needs.
Integrating enterprise-wide data architecture functions if necessary, working across business areas to understand the customer’s data and networking requirements as it relates to the client’s enterprise data repositories.
Documenting and gaining consensus for current state and future state business and technical requirements.
Conducting and building ROI models.
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for...
You enjoy creating novel solutions to the complex business problems our customers face. You work closely and are agile when customer needs change. You can take the complex technical stuff and talk to fellow techies and business users in ways they both understand.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Technical sales experience to large enterprise customers.
Managed complex technical sales and proven follow-through.
A track record of building a sales pipeline and meeting targets.
Technology experience with WAN data communications, wireless networks, transmissions, and apps that use wireless technology.
Willingness to travel.
A valid Driver’s License.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Developed positive account relationships with some of the world’s largest companies.
Speaking and writing skills to convey complex solutions to all types of audiences.
Knowledge of key market and business drivers across multiple industries including but not limited to Manufacturing, Retail, Energy and Healthcare
Knowledge of emerging technologies to build customer end state vision
Proven ability to lead across business and technical discussions.
