Corporate Functions – Marketing & Communications
As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.
YOUR ROLE: Accenture Marketing & Sales Managed Services Global Marketing Director
We are looking for an innovative forward-thinking marketing director with big ideas to join our Accenture Operations global marketing team. The global marketing director will own and drive the marketing and communications strategy and program development to help accelerate growth and to increase penetration for Accenture’s marketing, sales, and services managed services businesses across the entire customer lifecycle.

Has a unique understanding and proven experience marketing to the CMO and CEO audience.
Is interested in what’s going on in the today’s digitally disrupted market, where traditional revenue sources are becoming more elusive, and business leaders are more and more looking for marketing and sales to drive sustainable growth.
Is ready to roll up your sleeves and manage the development, packaging and internal marketing of sales enablement materials and other client-ready content, working with offerings leads, as well as the sales enablement, competitive intelligence and research functions.
Is business savvy and has the flexibility and agility to act fast and be responsive to changing business needs.
Is a champion of the end-to-end customer journey – ensuring every communication has a clear objective - synched to a future touch-point – a measurable outcome - and drives towards a sale.
Is able to come up with big ideas for a highly competitive market space including driving issues-based content agenda, that you can deliver on.
Has the ability and experience to create the right mix of marketing activities to support business goals – from broad image, internal communications through to supporting the RFP process.
Is not afraid to experiment and test innovative ideas, and have contagious enthusiasm alongside amazing project management skills.
Knows how to work credentials teams and account executives in the business to ensure specified offerings are brought to life with compelling case studies that are effectively communicated across all relevant media and channels in both organizations.
We are ideally looking for a B2B services marketer. Someone with proven experience driving business development enablement and content development. This is critical. Someone who also has an agency/ B2C experience is good, but given our model is sales-led growth, enabled by marketing vs B2C vs the agency world where marketing eliminates the need for sales; a strong B2B background is paramount.
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree, or other 4-year university degree
Work Experience: Minimum of 15 years of B2B marketing experience with some B2C preferred
