General Summary:

Minimum Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering or related field and 4+ years of related business process analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The candidate should have hands on experience in business solution life cycle, writing requirements document and functional specifications that capture business requirements. Experience working with cross functional and global team to embrace new solutions, utilize business process techniques such as RACI, process flows, swim-lane diagrams to develop solutions. Ensures design is consistent with future initiatives and scalable.

  • Working experience in Sales and Marketing, and / or Salesforce a plus.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Business Process Analyst identifies, develops, and implements business process and process improvement initiatives or solutions designed to enhance data collection, system, and process performance. Creates scalable, efficient, and flexible business designs that balance people, process, and systems for the Marketing and Sales Business team. Measures and reviews data and performance metrics on an ongoing basis to identify and resolve issues. Drives solution deployment across the organization including documentation, testing, and user training.

The candidate should have hands on experience in business solution life cycle, writing requirements document, process flows and functional specifications that capture business requirements. The candidate will work closely with cross functional and global team to embrace new solutions, utilize business process techniques such as RACI, process flows, and swim-lane diagrams to develop solutions. Ensures design is consistent with future initiatives and scalable.

Responsibilities: Develop and recommend new / improved business process, policy, and system solutions. Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Write functional specs capturing business requirements, document user desktop procedures, process flows and RACI. Lead User acceptance testing and End User process and system training. Secure user support and adoption of new processes. Lead status meetings, prioritization meetings, process development workshops, training sessions, project teams, etc. Facilitate communication between user community and project teams. Work closely with key stakeholders and business management to prioritize and align requests with strategic initiatives.

Successful candidate will possess the following characteristics: Excellent communication (oral and written), collaboration and presentation skills. Demonstrates strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Knowledge of Data Management and Analysis (e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.) and can think holistically; and focus on limited scope enhancements at the same time.
