Aerotek Customer Service Rep Paying $16/hr in San Antonio, Texas

Description:

Some of the responsibilities include: responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products related to their MORTGAGE.

Duties include: processing routine to complex transactions on-line, researching and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to other representatives. Duties may also include: cross-sell or refer products, account maintenance, report generation, and project work..

Handling all customer inquires regarding their mortgage from complex to simple payments.
