Corcym Customer Service & Logistics Specialist - apprentice in Saluggia (VC), Italy

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist is in charge of managing the order-to-cash process to overseas subsidiaries and specific International Distributors, with special focus on order management, returns, product allocation/billing, as well as supporting Whs and Logistics activities.

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist must operate in compliance with QMS Quality Procedures .

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• receive customer orders , check , process as sales orders in SAP4HANA, and ensure fulfillment according to the given SLA

• receive return request (from WW Distributors) Quality and Commercial , process RMA in the system, facilitate credit process

• allocate products in conformity with the recommendations of the demand planner, submit pick lists to warehouse for execution

• monitor the entire order flow, from order entry to allocation and billing

• provide customers with the shipping and export documents when needed

• provide customers with any supporting documentation needed for import activities (Certificates of origin, QSQPC etc)

• interact with internal departments ( Whs , Quality , Accounting ) and external counterparts ( affiliates and third party customers)

• assign the shipments to the warehouse operators, providing necessary activities S4HANA add-on

• support shipment to UK, ensuring Customs clearance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally

• acute problem solving attitude and sense of urgency

• self-starter with ability to work independently and accept responsibilities

• demonstrated proficiency working with Company systems and tools ( SAP4H, Excel, PP)

• Good knowledge of Excel (functions and pivot) is mandatory

• Good spoken and written knowledge of the English language (Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus)

• Proactivity and flexibility

• Teamwork skills

EDUCATION

  • High School Degree or Bachelor Degree, preferrably in Foreign Languages
