Kforce UI Developer (Angular / JavaScript) in Salt Lake City, Utah

Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a UI Developer (Angular/JavaScript). In this role, the UI Developer will play a key part of developing industry standard and best-practice web applications - utilizing modern and ground breaking development languages, frameworks and methodologies.Responsibilities: * As a UI Developer, you are accountable for consistent delivery of functional software - sprint to sprint, release to release * High level execution of web development best-practices per company processes and standards * Devise or modify procedures to tackle sophisticated business problems * Participates in application level architecture * Develops original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts * The UI Developer is responsible for QA readiness of software work (end-to-end tests, unit tests, automation) * Responsible for supporting implementation of moderate-scope projects or major initiatives * Works on sophisticated assignments and often multiple phases of a project * Assists in developing departmental technical policies and procedures * UI Developer may assist in establishing project plans for projects of moderate scope * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/similar technical subject area and or equivalent experience * 5 years of web development experience using HTML/CSS/JavaScript * 3 years of sophisticated JavaScript development skills required * Skills in Angular 9 , Bootstrap, Sass, Git, NodeJS, Typescript, RxJS or other sophisticated JavaScript skills * Familiarity with AWS and other cloud-based development methodologies/best-practices * Experience with Restful APIs is a plus * Nice to have: GaphQL, NgRx, Jest, Cypress, ag-grid, Highcharts, Express, Camunda/BPMN.io, Form.io, Kubernetes * Server-side experience also a plus - Java/.NET/Node.js/Golang, etc. * Experience with Git, NPM, Webpack, Gulp, Jenkins * Superb communication skills required * Strong problem resolution skills required * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment required * Excellence in software development practices and procedures Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
