Wells Fargo recently announced their intent to sell the Corporate Trust Services (CTS) Lease Product group to Computershare, a global specialized financial services company. The sale was announced in late 2021 and is expected to close in early 2022. We are continuing to recruit for open positions supporting the Lease Product group, but want to ensure you are aware that this position will transfer to Computershare when the sale closes. About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Trust Account Manager to build, maintain and ensure the success of Corporate Trust customer relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in administering and managing large or complex accounts within Corporate Trust Account Management functional area and ensure accurate establishment of accounts

  • Analyze complex business and operational challenges to ensure accurate establishment of accounts

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company's policies and procedures

  • Resolve complex issues related to Corporate Trust Account Management functional area while leveraging solid understanding of its function, policies, procedures, and relevant compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of corporate trust account management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

Required Qualifications, International:

  • Experience in corporate trust account management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Degree from four year university or four year degree and law degree.

  • Ability to establish a rapport with sophisticated clients revolving around their transaction(s) and resolving, typically, financial matters associated with the transactions.

  • Highly effective at prioritizing tasks, be able to navigate disparate electronic systems and applications effectively, importantly, complete expected tasks within the time frames as deemed by management.
