Job Description

Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Program Associate to join our client's team. Our client is a Non-Profit community organization located in St. Paul!

Pay: $17/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

OVERVIEW:

  • Candidate will be making warm calls out to families in need, confirming eligibility and interest in receiving aid. If yes, they will schedule an inspection.

  • They will also be responsible for coordinating any work that needs to be done on the home, including talking with contractors.

  • Will spend a good deal of time on the phone. Must be okay juggling multiple schedules and work at a fast pace.

  • Duties will include: scheduling energy audits, inspections, and work crews, answering multi-line phone system, and monitoring electronic files to ensure work is being completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years administrative experience, customer service phone experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using the phone for long periods of time.

  • Experience with non-profit agencies preferred.
