Mortgage Document Clerk

Randstad is looking for a clerical professional who has experience with corporate tax documents for a great opportunity working with the country's 5th largest commercial bank. The primary responsibility for this job is to quickly and efficiently process incoming documents for corporate tax returns. This job will be remote work to start, and is very likely to be recalled to the physical office in the future as pandemic guidelines allow.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process Documents to company standard/checklists and computer system

  • Data Entry

  • Report Generating

  • Using effective Time management, organization, and problem solving skills

  • Using Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to sort and analyze data

  • The job will require processing files for hundreds of legal entities that sometimes have subtle differences in how they are named.
